I am the head of the Spending Review Unit of the Budget Office at the Chilean Ministry of Finance.  I am an applied microeconomist interested in the fields of Economics of Education, Economics of Innovation, Public Economics, and Policy Evaluation. Previously, I was a Postdoctoral LSE Fellow in the Department of Management at the London School of Economics.
